We just wanted to highlight a problem that a few of our customers have encountered when downloading digital magazines using Chrome. There does seem to be a problem downloading large pdf files generally with this browser. If you encounter difficulties try using the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer instead as we’ve had no reported issues with these browsers.
